Booking

  • Cancellation less than 5 days before the trip date: The Store reserves the right to deduct 25% of the amount paid or reschedule the trip.
  • Failure to attend the trip on the scheduled date: No refund will be issued.

Safety Responsibility

All participants must comply with the safety instructions provided by the trip captain or organizer.

Customers acknowledge that recreational fishing and marine activities involve inherent risks and agree to comply with all applicable safety instructions, regulations, and guidelines.

Weather Conditions and Trip Rescheduling

The Store or trip organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel any fishing trip if weather or sea conditions are unsuitable or may pose a risk to participants, crew members, vessels, or equipment.

In such cases, customers shall not be entitled to a refund. Instead, the trip will be rescheduled to another date based on availability and mutual agreement.

This policy is implemented as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of all participants and to provide the best possible fishing experience.

Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, subject to the specific warranty terms applicable to each product.

The warranty does not cover:
