  • Failure to attend the trip on the scheduled date: No refund will be issued.

Customers acknowledge that recreational fishing and marine activities involve inherent risks and agree to comply with all applicable safety instructions, regulations, and guidelines.

Weather Conditions and Trip Rescheduling

The Store or trip organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel any fishing trip if weather or sea conditions are unsuitable or may pose a risk to participants, crew members, vessels, or equipment.

In such cases, customers shall not be entitled to a refund. Instead, the trip will be rescheduled to another date based on availability and mutual agreement.

Warranty
